BOOKING/PAYMENT/CANCELLATION TERM

BOOKING TERMS

• 25% Advance (Non refundable/Transferable) to confirm the booking
• 75% Balance 30 Days prior to the travel date

PAYMENT MODE

• Cheque made out to"Camps of Ladakh"
• Outstation payments by draft payable at Delhi favoring "Camps of Ladakh"
• Bank transfer (NEFT)

CANCELLATION TERMS

• If You cancel your booking before 45 days of checkin, Cancellation charges will be 10%.
• If You cancel your booking from 30 to 45 days of checkin, Cancellation charges will be 25%.
• If You cancel your booking from 14 to 30 days of checkin, Cancellation charges will be 50%.
• If You cancel your booking from 7 to 14 days of checkin, Cancellation charges will be 70%.
• If You cancel your booking within 7 days of checkin, Cancellation charges will be 100%.
• No Show, Cancellation charges will be 100 % Cost.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Child below 05 year on complimentary basis / sharing bed with parents.
• Extra bed is mandatory for child above 10 year & adult
• Above rates are on FIT / GIT basis.
• Check in time 1200 hrs / check out time 0900 hrs
• Generally We do not serve Non Vegeterian Meals/Heaters in any of our campsite.
• Bookings/Amendments/Cancellations/Payments will be process from Delhi Office only
• It is compulsory to carry the accommodation voucher to the campsite to avoid inconvenience during check-in as mostly campsites are in remote areas.
• Rates are applicable from May to September 2015 & subject to change without prior notice
• The above camps operational from may to september & subject to operate as per the weather conditions
• The nationals / citizen of Republic of China / Afghanistan / Pakistan / Myanmar & those who posses diplomatic / official passport are not allowed to visit restricted areas (Pangong Lake / Nubra Valley / Tsomoriri Lake & Dha Hanu) of Ladakh region

PAYMENT TERMS

• CAMPS OF LADAKH will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
• There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Leh due to the same should be bear by the passenger directly.
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
• Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus
• The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only
